✅১. পণ্য ও প্রাপ্যতা

Refresh Food আপনাকে ভেজালমুক্ত ও স্বাস্থ্যকর খাদ্য পণ্য সরবরাহ করে।
প্রতিটি পণ্যের ছবি ও বিবরণ যথাসম্ভব সঠিকভাবে দেওয়া হয় এরপরও বাস্তব পণ্যের সাথে কিছুটা ভিন্নতা থাকতে পারে। সর্বাত্মক চেষ্টা করে সাইটের সকল প্রোডাক্ট এর কালার, সাইজ, উপকারিতা, ব্যাবহার, ওজন বা অন্য কোন ভেরিয়েশন থাকলে তা সঠিকভাবে ওয়েবসাইটে দেখানোর জন্য কিংবা বর্ণনা করার জন্য এবং সিলেকশনের অপশন দেয়ার। তারপর ও ইউজারের ডিভাইস সেটিংস, মডেল ওএস রিজিয়ন কিংবা কালার ক্যালিব্রেশন এর জন্য প্রোডাক্ট এর কালার, সাইজ কিংবা অন্য ভিন্নতা দেখা যেতে পারে। তাই Refresh Food ১০০% নিশ্চয়তা দিতে পারেনা যে প্রোডাক্ট বাস্তবে দেখতে হুবহু সাইটে দেখানো প্রোডাক্ট এর ছবির মত হবে। যদি কোন প্রোডাক্ট ওয়েবসাইটের বর্ননার সাথে না মিলে, এক্ষেত্রে আপনি চাইলে প্রোডাক্টটি অব্যাবহৃত অবস্থায় আমাদের Return and Replacement Policy অনুযায়ী রিটার্ন করতে পারেন। তাছাড়া, যেকোন প্রোডাক্ট এর স্টক কে সীমিত করার, নোটিফিকেশন ছাড়াই প্রাইস কিংবা বর্ণনা পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার আমরা সংরক্ষন করি।যেকোনো পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতা স্টক অনুসারে পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।
যেকোনো প্রোডাক্ট এর প্রাইস এবং প্রোডাক্ট টি এভেইলেবল আছে কি না সেটা পুরোপুরি নির্ভর করে প্রোডাক্ট এর স্টক এর ওপর। যদি কোন প্রোডাক্ট বা সার্ভিস এভেইলেবল না থাকে তাহলে Refresh Food যত দ্রুত সম্ভব আপনাকে জানাবে এবং সিমিলার বা অলটারনেটিভ প্রোডাক্ট সাজেস্ট করবে অথবা এডভান্স পেমেন্ট করা থাকলে সেটা রিফান্ড পলিসি অনুযায়ী রিফান্ড করবে। আমাদের রিফান্ড পলিসি সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত জানতে রিফান্ড পলিসি সেকশন দেখে নিতে পারেন।

💰২. মূল্য ও ডিসকাউন্ট

সব মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকা (BDT) তে দেওয়া।
সময়মতো প্রচারিত অফার ও ডিসকাউন্ট শর্তসাপেক্ষ এবং পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়াই পরিবর্তন হতে পারে। তাই অফার নেয়ার আগে টার্মস গুলো দেখে নেয়ার সুযোগ রয়েছে। Refresh Food কোন প্রকার পূর্ব অবগতি ছাড়াই যেকোন অফার যেকোন সময় সংশোধন, পরিবর্তন, পরিবর্ধন বা বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে।

⛔৩. থার্ড পার্টি SHOP

কোনো থার্ডপার্টি যাদের সাথে আমরা এফিলিয়েটেড না, এসব থার্ডপার্টি ওয়েবসাইট লিংক কিংবা সার্ভিস গ্রহন করবেন না।
থার্ড পার্টি এই ওয়েবসাইট গুলো থেকে কোন ড্যামেজ প্রোডাক্ট, সার্ভিস, রিসোর্স, কন্টেন্ট কিংবা ট্রাঞ্জেকশন এর মাধ্যমে ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ হলে সেই দায়ভার Refresh Food নিবেনা। থার্ডপার্টি থেকে কোন প্রোডাক্ট নেয়ার আগে কিংবা ট্রানজেকশন করার আগে তাদের পলিসি সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত জেনে নেয়ার পরামর্শ রইলো।

❌৪. ভুল তথ্য ও ত্রুটি

অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিতভাবে আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে কিছু প্রোডাক্ট বা সার্ভিস সম্পর্কে ভুল তথ্য থাকতে পারে। যেমন, টাইপিং , ভুল ইনফরমেশন অথবা ত্রুটি, যা যেকোন প্রোডাক্ট এর বিস্তারিত, মূল্য, প্রমোশন, অফার বা প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি চার্জ কিংবা প্রোডাক্ট স্টক সম্পর্কে হতে পারে। তাই পূর্ব ঘোষনা ছাড়াই এ ধরনের ভুল ইনফরেশন কারেক্ট করার বা প্রয়োজনে পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার আমাদের রয়েছে। ভুলে কোন প্রোডাক্ট এর দাম অস্বাভাবিকভাবে কমে গেলে এবং সেই প্রোডাক্ট এর অর্ডার করলেও সেই অর্ডার ক্যান্সেল করা হতে পারে। যেমন ১০০০ টাকার প্রোডাক্টের প্রাইস যদি ভুলে ১০ হয়ে যায় এমন ক্ষেত্রে পেমেন্ট করা অর্ডারও ক্যান্সেল করে রিফান্ড করা হতে পারে।

We make every effort to correctly display or describe all product colors, sizes, benefits, usage, weight, or any other variations on the website and to provide selection options where applicable. Nevertheless, due to the user’s device settings, device model, operating system, region, or color calibration, differences in product color, size, or other variations may appear. Therefore, Refresh Food cannot provide a 100% guarantee that the actual product will look exactly like the product images shown on the website. If any product does not match the description on the website, you may return the product in unused condition according to our Return and Replacement Policy.

Additionally, we reserve the right to limit the stock of any product and to change prices or descriptions without prior notification.
The availability of any product may change depending on stock.

Unintentionally, there may be incorrect information about some products or services on our website. For example, typing errors, incorrect information, or mistakes may occur in product details, prices, promotions, offers, product delivery charges, or product stock. If the price of any product is mistakenly reduced to an abnormally low amount and an order is placed for that product, the order may be canceled. For example, if the price of a 1,000 Taka product is mistakenly shown as 10 Taka, in such cases even a paid order may be canceled and refunded.
